Principal, Kim Clinch FRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years local experience in residential estate agency and professional valuations. He took over when Harry Wald retired in 1993 having previously been on the Board of a large corporate chain of Estate Agents serving Kent & Sussex.

Lettings Manager , David McCracken, has over 10 years with the firm and can advise both landlords and tenants on all aspects of residential lettings and leasehold management of blocks of flats.
